My baking story
I am a baker. I love to bake. I take pride in using seasonal high-quality ingredients. I am not a fancy baker. My pate a choux often doesn't puff, my macarons don't have legs. My nine-year-old has better handwriting so my Happy Birthdays can be illegible.
